Ludwigia Senegalensis also known as Ludwigia sp. 'Guinea'. Its uniquely patterned leaves and brick-red coloration make it very attractive and a real standout among stem plants. A beautiful red stem plant with red veins running through each leaf. It is not very difficult to grow but does need a stable environment with a nutrient substrate, high light, and CO2. Ludwigia Senegalensis Guinea is easy to propagate, they will produce multiple side shoots, trim each stem off as desired or let grow for a large red/orange bush.

        Excellent transition.

Plants were received immersed grown. Over a one week period they have grown 6 inches and now look phenomenal. I wish I could post pictures. It looks better than the submerged growth picture already. Im pretty surprised and love how they turned out. Buying a second batch to fill in my tank right after typing this.
