These bunches arrived in their emersed form (as pictured in the second APF provided photo). The bottom/older leaves were brown and melting but no problem, stripped them all off leaving a bare stem and just some new growth up top, and also left any new growths at the nodes. Less junk for algae to take advantage of and it forces the plant to focus on new growth, by not maintaining its old growth. Stuck the bare stem deep into the substrate. It's been a week and it's already putting out lots of bright white new roots. Robust! Healthy. Recommended.
they look much different than any of the photos and they were a little beat up but i planted them in a NPF with growlights and we will see how they turn out first time growing these
