    Bucephalandra Alamanda Dark (Bucep / Buce plant) is a genus of flowering plants in the family Araceae. There are more than 30 species of Bucephalandra which have been discovered mostly by S.Y. Wong and P.C. Boyce. Most of the species are found in Borneo. Bucephalandra is usually found growing as dense mats over stones or rocks in streams or rivers in moist tropical forests. The colors of the leaf range from dark blue to green, often with white, yellow, red tinges or spots on the back of the leaves. Bucephalandra grows best when attached to the stone, rock or driftwood.

      Alamanda Dark bucephalandra

      I received a beautiful, healthy clump. The long brownish leaves with crinkled margins are not like any other bucephalandra in my aquarium.

      Nice addition to the collection

      Very impressed with the plants. I purchased 4 of them. Each plant had between 8 to 12 leaves which are about 3 cm long. They arrived in excellent condition

      Cute Little Buce

      Buce plants are always smaller than I expect but I received 2 nice stalks with 4 leaves on one and 5 leaves on the other. They are perfect for the corner of my tank that was empty. If you buy one make sure you give them iron and potassium. Aquarium Plants Factory is my go-to plant vendor now. The plants look good every time I order from them.
