Echinodorus Bleheri also known as Amazon Sword plant, is a rosette plant that is very popular with aquarium hobbyists. They are capable of reaching approximately 20 inches in height under proper water conditions. It is an amphibious plant that will grow either partially or fully submersed. Best cultivated in large aquariums, Amazon Sword Plants make a great focal point if used singly. When used in groups, they create an interesting background when grown with other aquarium plants.

    Beautiful plants but rip shrimp

Not only did I get a healthy and beautiful bunch of swords I also got them a day early which was awesome! The sad part about it though was the next morning after adding them, all of my amano shrimp were dead :/ I made sure to wash them well before placing in aquarium but I guess that wasnt enough and some copper from a chemical bath was still left on there. Cant blame APF but I would have appreciated a notice or heads up that the plants were given a chemical bath.

    Beautiful little plants

When I read "bunched plant", "5 leaves" i didnt expect there to be 3 plants in each bunch. I kind of thought I was getting one plant with 5+ leaves. So I got way more swords than I thought I was getting with the buy 2 get 1 free, I got a total of 9 swords! But they are small. They look really great together in the potted tank! But in my larger tank, I planted them next to each other in the back since they will get big and I can barely see them behind the rest of my plants unless I take the picture at an angle. I know they will grow and fill up the tank quickly!
